I think paint.net is one of the best software for editing images, it is free and it has a lot of features that photoshop has too. This software has been compared to other digital photo editing products like Adobe® Photoshop®, Corel® Paint Shop Pro®, Microsoft Photo Editor, and The GIMP.

I am using this software some time now and i can do anything that i wan’t with it, it is easy to use. I’ve also made a addon pack with effects for it. To download these addons for Paint.net please click Addons for paint.net .

Paint.net can be downloaded from the getpaint.net website, for installing it you will need the .NET Framework 2.0 .
